Naqsh Widgets · Legal
Thank you for using Naqsh Widgets. Read these terms before using the app and its Home Screen widgets, especially the sections on permissions, service limits, and liability.
Version 1.2Updated September 18, 2026Effective September 18, 2026
These terms form an agreement between you and Happy advert Limited, a company incorporated in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of China (“we,” “us,” or “our”), regarding your use of the Naqsh Widgets iOS app, Widget Extension, and related features. By downloading, installing, opening, or using the service, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, stop using and uninstall the app.
If you are not legally capable of entering this agreement independently, use the service only after a guardian has reviewed and accepted these terms.
Naqsh Widgets lets you create, customize, and display iOS Home Screen widgets. Templates currently include clocks and dates, countdowns, weather and My Car, prayer times, Hijri calendars, Ramadan and Saudi events, Qibla assistance, device status, steps and walking/running distance, photo walls, dynamic panels, CCD camera, savings goals, and date progress. You can edit colors, fonts, text, dates, amounts, cities, photos, and layout, then add saved widgets to the Home Screen.
The main app and Widget Extension share some data through Apple’s App Group container so widgets can show saved settings and the most recent trusted data. The main app also uses Umeng analytics and Apple Search Ads/internal attribution to measure app usage and marketing, as described in the Privacy Policy.
The current version has no app accounts, cloud sync, social publishing, or third-party ad displays. Some features require VIP membership purchased through Apple in-app purchases. Templates also include dual-city clocks, weekly step trends, Quran verses, recitation counters, and morning/evening completion markers, for everyday reference.
VIP unlocks the member templates and editing benefits listed on the purchase screen. Weekly and yearly subscriptions are currently offered. Available products, billing periods, prices, currency, trial eligibility, and offers are determined by the App Store purchase confirmation. Previously purchased lifetime membership can be restored; it is not automatically converted to a subscription and does not renew.
Apple charges your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the current period ends. An eligible free or discounted trial renews at the price shown in the purchase confirmation. To avoid renewal after a trial, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Manage subscriptions in iOS Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions, or through the app’s subscription management entry. Uninstalling does not cancel a subscription. Apple displays when benefits end after cancellation.
Use the same Apple Account to restore eligible purchases after reinstalling or changing devices. Restoration retrieves valid subscriptions or purchased lifetime access without creating a new purchase. Request refunds through Apple; Apple handles eligibility under its rules, without limiting mandatory consumer rights. Refunds, revocations, or expiry may end the corresponding paid access. See Apple’s cancellation instructions.
You must have the legal capacity appropriate for your use and comply with applicable law. The current version does not provide registration, sign-in, or account deletion and does not require a Naqsh Widgets account. Downloads, updates, and system widget features depend on your device, iOS, Apple ID, and App Store environment and are provided by Apple under its terms.
You decide whether to grant permissions. Refusing or revoking one affects only features that depend on it.
