The Automatic Renewal function is provided by the owner of the Top Ai APP for the user (hereinafter referred to as "you") to automatically deduct fees from your designated third-party payment account or bank account in accordance with your Settings. Please carefully read and fully understand this Agreement and "User agreement", "privacy agreement", the provisions in the content, especially the exclusion or limitation of liability clause accordingly. Top AI will remind you of the restrictions and disclaimers in bold or italic bold. Minors should read this Agreement with their legal guardian and confirm their right to bind to other paid accounts. By confirming the automatic renewal function, you are deemed to have read and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you object to any of the terms of this Agreement, you may choose not to activate this feature.

Service content

  1. To help you more easily purchase (or subscribe) paid products, we provide you with automatic renewal function. When you expressly agree to the automatic renewal function, you authorize the payment of the fee required to purchase the paid product again to be deducted from your tied third-party payment account or bank account when the agreed renewal conditions are met. The premise of this feature is that you have opened the automatic renewal and binding of the relevant account, and can successfully deduct the full amount from the above account.

  2. This function is applicable to products that require regular renewal such as VIP provided by this product.

Enable automatic renewal

  1. After you open the automatic renewal function, your account will be tied to your designated third-party payment account or bank account.
  2. After you open the automatic renewal function, it is deemed that you know and agree that we will issue a deduction order according to the deduction rules of the payment channel when the product service term is about to expire, and agree that the payment channel can follow the deduction order issued. Charge the next billing cycle from your account without verifying your account password, payment password, SMS verification code and other information, and continue the corresponding service content, service conditions and service term.
  3. You acknowledge and agree that there may be a display delay in the automatic renewal status update, which is subject to your renewal status displayed in the APP.
  4. If the renewal fails due to reasons not attributable to us (such as third-party system failure, account quota, insufficient account balance, etc.), we will treat the failure to renew the subscription according to the "expiration of the subscription" and stop providing the corresponding service to you. You should bear the possible adverse consequences.
  5. Some Apple users can still purchase paid products without logging in to their accounts. In such cases, we will record the purchase by the device (IMEI code) used by the user to purchase the product, and tie the third-party payment account or bank account to the device. If you purchase a paid product without logging in to your account, but the device is no longer under your control, including but not limited to losing or giving away, you can turn off automatic renewals to avoid continuing payments. See "Turn off Automatic Renewal" in this Agreement.

Special offers and special prices

  1. We may adjust various product prices, fee/renewal standards, fee/renewal methods, etc. from time to time according to business needs or market conditions (collectively referred to as "Fee/renewal Rules"), and selectively publicize the membership service/purchase page to users according to industry characteristics and actual conditions, but you understand that we may not be able to make individual notices separately. If you do not agree to the above changes, you may turn off the automatic renewal and terminate the membership service before the next deduction date, and your membership service term will be terminated from the date of expiration of the current membership service period; If you continue to use the Service by accepting the Service (including, but not limited to, clicking to agree, subscribe or pay, or not canceling automatic renewals, or if you make transactions related to the Membership Service, accept gifts, participate in events, or use any other form of confirmation), you indicate that you have accepted the changes and/or adjustments. The payment channel will deduct the service fee for the next and subsequent billing cycles based on the adjusted price. At the same time, please note that due to the limitation of the payment channel deduction rules, if you cancel within 24 hours before the expiration of the current automatic renewal service billing cycle, the payment channel may stop the withholding service after deducting the service fee of the next billing cycle according to the adjusted price. If the deduction is successful, your membership service term will be terminated from the expiration date of the next billing cycle.
  2. If you obtain an extension of the corresponding product through a non-paid purchase such as using a redemption code, the automatic renewal will be activated until the day before the expiration of the product for which you received the extension. However, the automatic deduction rules of Apple's IOS channel are subject to Apple's regulations.

Turn off automatic renewals

  1. We will draw your attention to the automatic renewal five days before the automatic renewal date through prominent means (such as private messages, SMS notifications, etc.), and you can choose whether to renew or cancel the renewal. You can also cancel or change the automatic renewal function at any time during your use of the product with automatic renewal enabled, according to the options shown below, and we will not charge you unreasonable fees for this.

  3. Due to equipment operating system upgrade and other reasons to adjust the path and you can not correctly turn off the automatic renewal, you can consult the equipment manufacturer or system service provider, you can also contact our customer service, we will try to provide you with a solution.
  4. Turning off this function shall be deemed as revoking your authorization to automatically deduct fees from the third-party payment account or bank account given to Top AI. However, this revocation does not affect deductions made by Top AI prior to your successful revocation.
